Located in a heart of a rather pure nature, somewhat away from the rest of the society, this commune provides a transient space of dwelling for those whose days are numbered as one last stop to slowly retract from the world. A rather austere and stark space to be alone with one's self, loved ones, and the elements. This, is a contemporary definition of an American commune: A simple and malleable atmosphere where social interaction is not reinforced and one could be in a self volunteered isolation.A commune where the members are alone together : they gather collectively to die individually.  A physical manifestation of a effortless space that allows one to simply be ...
